Ranch Pork Chops

Everyone loves Ranch Dressing, right? That’s why this ranch pork chop recipe is the best.

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ranch powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cover your boneless pork chops in ranch powder, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill them until they are golden brown!  This typically takes about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the pork is just a little pink in the center.

Marinated Pork Chops

When making pork chops, it is important to marinate them for at least an hour. It helps to soften the meat so that it not only cooks better but also tastes better. An added bonus- it will digest faster, so you don’t feel too full after dinner. This pork chop marinade is really easy and delicious.

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 8- 1/2-inch bone-in pork chops (about 3 ounces each)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Make the marinade by combining vegetable oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, ground cumin, and red pepper flakes if you like a little kick. Place the pork chops in a bag and pour the marinade over it. Let that sit for an hour. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, and place them on the grill for about 4 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other side. That’s it!
