Here's your 30 day butt workout challenge schedule.
The challenge is as easy as it is... You're starting day one with 10 sit ups, 10 crunches and 25 squats then wrapping it up on the 30th day with 40 sit ups, 100 crunches and 100 squats.
In case you're not familiar with those exercises, they're the best in pushing your butt out and helping you get it into a great shape.
